About Me
Originally from the East coast, I've lived in Seattle for over 12 years and consider the Pacific Northwest home. I come from a family of healers and caregivers, and grew up in the world of medicine. My career evolved from medical practice management to health information technologies, and ultimately to the project management profession. I currently work as a program manager for a large software company in Puget Sound.
What started out as idle curiosity about massage led to enrolling in an accredited massage school. Bodywork has been my passion ever since, and I feel honored to help my clients improve their well being.

I've maintained a private massage therapy practice for over a decade, in addition to working in clinic and spa settings throughout the years. I specialize in treatment of chronic pain and soft tissue injury. I am trained and certified in sports massage and rehabilitation, myofascial release, European medical spa treatments, pregnancy massage, and hot stone therapy.
