Pregnancy Massage

A gentle form of Swedish massage specially attuned to the needs of soon-to-be moms.

Sports Massage

For athletes and other active people involved in physical activities, this form of massage can be used to help with warm up, training, and post-event body care and maintenance.

Medical Treatment Massage

For individuals who have a prescription or referral from a doctor to receive massage therapy to treat a medical condition or injury. Uses a combination of treatment modalities including Deep Tissue Massage, hot/cold therapy, range of motion exercises, pressure point therapy, myofascial release, positional release, and hydrotherapy.
